Attorney Stuart’s practice area focuses on assisting and defending health care providers and professionals throughout the litigation process and in administrative licensing board proceedings. A significant portion of her work is dedicated to representing long-term care providers such as skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and group homes in matters related to malpractice and negligence. Attorney Stuart’s practice also includes representing and defending providers in the dental industry.

Before law school, Attorney Stuart worked in the U.S. Senate for her home state senator, where she primarily focused on federal policies relating to health care. Born and raised in Alaska, Attorney Stuart is happy to now call the Milwaukee area home. In her free time, Attorney Stuart enjoys trying new restaurants, walking along the lakefront, watching the Green Bay Packers, and attending Milwaukee’s festivals.
