Attorney Hitt’s practice areas focus on defending a variety of healthcare professions and providers. She represents long-term care providers like skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and group homes in the State of Wisconsin. In addition, Attorney Hitt also defends dentists and dental practices in litigation. Attorney Hitt also represents licensed professionals against licensing board complaints, including, dentists, nurses, nursing home administrators, therapists and medical practitioners. Representation of clients begins prior to the filing of a lawsuit and continues past trial, into appellate work. Attorney Hitt prides herself on being able to provide her clients with this level of advocacy.

In addition to her practice, Attorney Hitt presents on a variety of professional liability topics across the State of Wisconsin, including lectures to insurance brokers and carriers, long-term care providers and the Marquette University School of Dentistry.
